Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma and two years of administrative or equivalent work experience required.
• Minimum two years in human resources preferred.
• Experience with ADP Workforce Now is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist HR with onboarding, orientations, and offboarding processes.
• Serve as the first point of contact for HR-related calls and emails.
• Submit, review, and approve background checks.
• Ensure completion of new hire paperwork prior to start.
• Maintain and update team member records in the HRIS system.
• Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and company policies.
• Support HR projects and distribute HR communications.
