Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• 2+ years of HR, administrative, payroll, or office support experience.
• Knowledge of human resources principles, employment laws, and HR best practices.
• Experience working with HRIS and payroll systems preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate job postings through HRIS and screen applications.
• Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Prepare offer letters, onboarding materials, and new-hire paperwork; conduct orientation.
• Maintain confidential employee records and update HRIS records.
• Assist with benefits enrollment, COBRA, and payroll data accuracy.
• Support performance reviews, employee relations, and HR compliance.
