Job summary

Corsica Technologies, LLC seeks an HR Operations Coordinator to independently manage HR processes across the employee lifecycle, ensuring data integrity and compliant practices. You will handle onboarding/offboarding, HRIS data, benefits coordination, and reporting while partnering with payroll and vendors as needed.

The role emphasizes process improvement, confidential handling of information, and serving as the primary resource for employees and managers.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Three years of progressive HR operations, benefits, recruiting, payroll, leave, compliance, or related experience.
• Experience independently managing HR processes and resolving non-routine operational issues.
• Working knowledge of employee recordkeeping, I-9/E-Verify, confidentiality, and foundational employment practices.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365, including Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams, and SharePoint.
• Strong written communication, organization, analytical ability, accuracy, and follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Own HRIS and data governance responsibilities, including HR records, audits, and reporting.
• Oversee onboarding and offboarding end-to-end with documentation, background checks, I-9/E-Verify, and benefits handoffs.
• Administer routine benefits and leave processes and maintain compliance calendars and audit materials.
• Coordinate recruiting operations: postings, interviews, offers, and onboarding handoff.
• Drive process improvement, maintain trackers and templates, and serve as a confidential first point of contact for employees.
