Job summary

Qualifications

High School Diploma/GED or equivalent required.
Some college business coursework with emphasis in HR preferred.
2 years of administrative experience required.
1 year of HR departmental support preferred.

Responsibilities

Monitors HR inbox and ticketing system; responds to routine requests and routes others to HR specialists.
Maintains employee files, transfers digital documents, and digitalizes paper records.
Monitors training completion; sends reminders to staff who have not completed training.
Issues security badges and manages related permissions processes.
Creates and updates HR forms and intranet pages; tracks out-of-state employment law postings.
Backs up monitoring HR and Security compliance documents for overseas travelers and volunteers.
