Job summary

Groundswell Corporation is seeking an early-career HR Analyst to provide administrative and operational HR support across onboarding, HR operations, learning, and reporting. This hybrid, full-time role requires three days in the McLean, VA office, including Mondays, and offers exposure to HR systems, processes, and programs.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in HR or related areas, strong organizational and communication skills, and a customer-service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support for HR processes, including background checks, I-9 verification, and onboarding.
• Support Monday onboarding activities to ensure a positive new-hire experience.
• Administer learning and development activities; add courses and run reports.
• Conduct testing and quality reviews of training materials and resources.
• Maintain employee career profiles and online resumes for completeness and quality.
• Run and review Workday reports to support HR programs and needs.
• Coordinate HR communications, engagement activities, meetings, and events.
• Support HR help desk by triaging tickets to the appropriate SME.
• Maintain accurate HR records per established processes.
• Partner with HR on projects and priorities as needed.
