Job summary

Allegro MicroSystems in Manchester, NH seeks a Senior Manager, HR Operations to stand up and scale the function, designing the service model, strengthening controls, and modernizing how HR work gets done including AI.

This hands-on leader will partner across HR COEs, Payroll, Legal, Finance, and HR Technology to build a scalable service delivery model that supports Allegro’s growth and ensures data integrity and a superior employee experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 10-12 years in HR Operations, HR Shared Services, HRIS operations, or related leadership roles.
• Prior people leadership experience with budget/resource-planning responsibility.
• Strong hands-on experience with Workday.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day HR Processes across the employee lifecycle (hires, changes, leaves, terminations).
• Establish service delivery standards, roles, and escalation paths for consistent support.
• Design SOPs and drive standardization across global HR transactions.
