• 5+ years of progressive HR generalist experience.
• Experience scaling HR functions at a growing company.
• Strong working knowledge of federal, state, and local employment law and tax compliance across multiple states.
• Experience owning payroll processing and benefits administration.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field; PHR/SHRM-CP a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle HR operations across recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, and policy development.
