Job summary

Allegro MicroSystems, a global sensing and power semiconductor leader, is seeking a Senior Manager, HR Operations to stand up and scale the HR operations function. You will design the service model, establish controls, and modernize how HR work gets done, including AI-enabled workflows.

Lead a cross‑functional team across HR COEs, Payroll, Legal, Finance, and HR Technology to build a scalable service model that supports growth.

Qualifications

10–12 years of experience in HR Operations, Shared Services, or related leadership roles.
Hands-on experience with Workday and HR systems modernization.
Proven ability to design and govern HR service delivery models.
Strong project management, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
Experience leading global HR operations with cross‑functional partners.
Knowledge of data governance, compliance, and internal controls.

Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day HR processes across the employee lifecycle (hires, changes, leaves, terminations).
Establish service delivery standards, roles, and escalation paths for consistency and accuracy.
Design SOPs, drive standardization, and improve HR transaction quality.
Partner with HR Tech to manage Workday and automation opportunities.
Develop and monitor operational metrics and dashboards for performance.
Ensure global compliance, data privacy, and risk management in HR operations.
