• Advise leaders on workforce planning, talent risks, and people initiatives with measurable outcomes.
• Design and execute organizational changes, restructures, and workforce transitions.
• Lead development plans, leadership coaching, and performance management with documented follow-up.
• Ensure policy compliance, employee relations guidance, and risk mitigation with Legal and HR leadership.
