Job summary

Comprehensive Logistics Co. LLC/CLI is seeking an HR Supervisor/Generalist to support end-to-end HR operations at the Spring Hill, TN facility.

This onsite role runs Monday–Friday, 7:00 am–4:00 pm with some flexibility, focusing on HRIS data integrity, reports, payroll processing, and training coordination. The successful candidate will lead HR processes, ensure employment law compliance, manage onboarding and orientation, and drive employee engagement while coordinating with external partners

Responsibilities

• Lead HR processes that identify, attract, reward, and retain a high-quality workforce.
• Support data integrity within HRIS applications by researching and resolving data issues.
• Produce scheduled reports daily, weekly, and monthly.
• Create Excel spreadsheets and perform data analysis using pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, charts, and graphs.
• Assist with Safety programs, investigations, and related administrative tasks.
• Facilitate change, lead initiatives, and manage assigned projects.
• Maintain a positive work environment with strong employee engagement.
• Contribute to diversity in the workplace by fostering an inclusive environment.
• Identify, coordinate, and support training and development opportunities.
• Oversee on-site Orientation and Training for new hires.
• Maintain time and attendance systems and process payroll as needed.
• Partner with an outsourced third party for FMLA administration.
• Support appeals for Unemployment Claims as needed.
• Participate in multi-disciplinary Five Phase Problem Solving Teams that support the company’s Continuous Improvement Process and policies.
• Promote and maintain a safe working environment and enforce company policies and procedures, including corresponding work instructions.
