Job summary

Comprehensive Logistics Co., LLC (CLI) is seeking an experienced 1st Shift Human Resources Supervisor/Generalist in Spring Hill, TN. This on-site role requires hands-on leadership to attract and retain talent, support payroll and HRIS processes, ensure compliance with employment laws, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

The position supports safety programs, training, and employee relations, with hours Monday–Friday 7 am–4 pm and a focus on building a positive, high-engagement work

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related HR field required.
• Experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or third-party logistics environments.
• Strong knowledge of state and federal employment laws and HR best practices.
• Proven ability to lead initiatives, manage projects, and drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead processes to attract, reward, and retain a high-quality workforce.
• Support HRIS data integrity; research and resolve data issues.
• Prepare scheduled reports daily, weekly, and monthly.
• Administer payroll processing and time attendance systems.
• Assist with safety programs, investigations, and related tasks.
• Lead and participate in multi-disciplinary problem solving teams.
