Comprehensive Logistics Co., LLC in Spring Hill, TN, seeks an experienced 1st Shift Human Resources Supervisor/Generalist to lead recruitment, field HRIS data integrity, and reporting. The role supports training, safety initiatives, and compliance with state and federal employment laws.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in HR and manufacturing/3PL, leadership capabilities, and strong communication skills. Hours are 7 am–4 pm, Monday–Friday, with a focus on continuous improvement and developing

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years in manufacturing and/or supply chain/3PL environment.
• Minimum of three years in Human Resources.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
• Knowledge of state and federal employment laws and HR best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead processes to identify, attract, reward, and retain a high-quality workforce.
• Provide data integrity support for HRIS applications and resolve data issues.
• Create scheduled reports daily, weekly, and monthly.
