Job summary

Foxconn E BG Group in Houston, TX is seeking an experienced HR Supervisor to oversee daily HR operations and lead HR staff. The role partners with management to support employee relations, compliance, talent acquisition, onboarding, benefits, and performance management.

The ideal candidate will have 5–8 years of progressive HR experience, a Bachelor's in HR or related field, and may hold SHRM-CP/PHR certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
• 5–8 years progressive HR experience.
• Experience supervising HR staff or leading HR functions strongly preferred.
• Experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or fast-paced environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervises HR staff and oversees day-to-day HR operations.
• Serves as primary contact for employee relations issues, including investigations and policy interpretation.
• Partners with managers to support performance management, employee development, and disciplinary processes.
• Supports recruiting and staffing activities, including job postings, interview coordination, and hiring documentation.
• Oversee onboarding and orientation to ensure a positive, compliant new-hire experience.
• Maintains confidential personnel records and compliance with retention requirements.
• Assists with benefits administration and payroll inquiries.
• Ensures compliance with employment laws and participates in audits and reporting.
• Develops, communicates, and maintains HR policies, procedures, and processes.
• Coordinates training initiatives including compliance and leadership development.
• Prepares HR reports and metrics for management review.
• Supports employee engagement initiatives and cross-functional collaboration.
