Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead production personnel by providing supervision, training, scheduling, and direction.
• Identify staffing needs, interview, and recommend candidates.
• Monitor downtime, efficiencies, material shortage and waste.
• Coordinate with Quality and Engineering to resolve issues and improve productivity.
• Ensure compliance with safety, SOPs, time and attendance, and housekeeping.
