Job summary

Foxconn HR Generalist provides HR partnership and operational support to assigned business units, managing the employee lifecycle, coordinating talent acquisition, and ensuring HR policy compliance across teams.

The role analyzes workforce data, maintains HRIS records, and delivers reporting and process improvements to enhance the employee experience and support business objectives. You will collaborate with managers and HR peers to drive staffing and development initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field.
• 0–3 years of progressive HR experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with HRIS platforms (ADP, Workday, UKG) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR support and consultation to assigned business units, partnering with managers on policies and workforce needs.
• Coordinate and execute HR programs and process improvements to enhance employee experience.
• Manage onboarding, offboarding, HR transactions, records, and HRIS data with confidentiality.
• Analyze HR metrics (headcount, turnover, recruiting, training) to inform business decisions.
• Develop HR reports, dashboards, and presentations using Excel and PowerPoint for leadership reviews.
• Support talent acquisition activities, including recruitment coordination and interview scheduling.
• Coordinate employee training and development programs with HR teams.
• Support organizational initiatives and change management to boost HR effectiveness.
