Responsibilities

• Shape the HR operating model and organizational structure to meet company goals.
• Collaborate with HR and partner leaders to improve operational practices and strategies.
• Lead HR governance to assess priorities and drive enterprise‑wide metrics.
• Coach and lead the HR team and drive high‑impact initiatives.
• Handle escalations related to people, technology, data or operations.
• Design and improve standard HR operational health methods.
