Job summary

Starbucks is seeking an HR Manager to oversee all HR aspects with a strong focus on recruitment, payroll, and policy implementation. You will develop HR strategies and lead sourcing, screening, and onboarding of talent to support organizational goals.

The role requires collaboration with management, strong knowledge of employment laws, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment. In-person work location is required.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in end-to-end HR activities, with a focus on recruitment.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the business strategy.
• Manage recruitment and selection: sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding.
• Oversee payroll administration and ensure timely processing.
• Manage employee leave requests and maintain leave records.
• Handle employee grievances and provide timely resolutions.
• Maintain employee records and ensure HR compliance with laws.
• Collaborate with management to identify staffing needs and recruitment plans.
• Conduct regular meetings with department heads to discuss HR issues and initiatives.
• Provide guidance and support to management and employees on HR matters.
