Job summary

Starbucks is seeking an HR Operations Manager for a Tallahassee location. The role pays $22 per hour and requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

You will lead HR operations, governance, and vendor relationships to scale our people processes. The ideal candidate will drive continuous improvement, collaborate with cross‑functional partners, mentor a high‑performing team, and build measurement tools to track HR health.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of HR operational control.
• Minimum 2 years executing large‑scale enterprise operations or technology projects.
• Minimum 2 years leading continuous‑improvement initiatives across people, systems, and time.
• Minimum 2 years of stakeholder engagement across all organizational levels.

Responsibilities

• Support the HR operating model and agency systems to ensure organizational goals are achieved.
• Collaborate with HR and cross‑functional leaders to enhance operational practices throughout the associate lifecycle.
• Lead HR operational governance, aligning priorities and goals with company, product, and partner visions.
• Drive executive decision‑making on enterprise‑critical people, process, data, or technical issues.
• Establish and continuously improve overall HR operational health.
• Create measurement solutions to track HR operational health across policies, processes, records, and development tools, offering data‑driven recommendations for scalability and performance.
• Develop governance solutions for regular consumption, visibility, and impact on operational upgrades.
• Lead scalable vendor solutions, influencing supplier selection, contract negotiation, and large‑scale HR operations.
• Build a high‑performance team: define responsibilities, mentor and coach members, conduct performance evaluations, make staffing decisions, provide feedback, and design continuous‑improvement activities.
