Job summary

Gold Coast Health Plan seeks an experienced HR professional to lead HR operations, payroll, benefits and HRIS administration in a California environment. You will manage policies in PolicyTech, oversee compensation updates, and coordinate unemployment, workers' comp and legal claims with leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum HS diploma or GED.
• 5+ years HR experience with payroll/benefits.
• Experience with HRIS, HR policies and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain new hire orientation materials in the HRIS and ensure all documents are complete.
• Maintain HR files and coordinate file organization and updates.
• Handle I-9, EEO, workers' comp and payroll changes in systems.
• Assist with annual compliance reporting (EEO-1, ACA) and policy updates in PolicyTech.
