You will manage leave programs, collaborate with payroll and benefits, and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws while maintaining data integrity in HRIS. This role emphasizes exceptional service, process improvement, and vendor coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field or equivalent experience.
• Approximately 5 years of HR experience in HR Operations or employee services.
• At least 1 year supporting leave administration (FMLA, disability, WC).

Responsibilities

• Serve as point of contact for payroll, benefits, policies, and time-off inquiries.
• Partner with Payroll, Benefits, and HRBP teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
• Coordinate leave programs (FMLA, STD, LTD, WC) with third-party vendor and managers.
• Maintain HR data in HRIS and ensure compliance with laws and audits.
• Assist with immigration, invoicing, and vendor management as needed.
