Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
• At least 3 years of administrative experience, with 1+ year in HR support.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and quick to learn new systems.
• Excellent attention to detail, organization and time management.
• Strong interpersonal, listening, communication and discretion.
• Service-oriented mindset and adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for employee questions and support.
• Handle Form I-9s, background checks, and pre-employment screening.
• Lead onboarding, orientations and training for new hires.
• Drive recruitment: post ads, screen applicants, interview coordination.
• Provide administrative support to HR team and President.
• Coordinate travel, meetings, and office logistics.
• Maintain confidential employee records in HRIS.
• Manage reception and guest services.
