Job summary

Syncreon International Group in South Metro Atlanta, GA (Fairburn/Union City/Palmetto) seeks an experienced HR Manager to lead HR operations for traveling data center start-up teams, overseeing onboarding, employee relations, performance management and HR processes across multiple project sites.

You will partner with site leadership, coach an HR Generalist, drive workforce planning, and ensure compliance with employment laws while supporting rapid expansion of data center locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources preferred.
• Progressive HR experience including leadership.
• Experience in warehouse/logistics/operational environments.
• Strong employee relations, investigations, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR support for traveling data center start-up teams.
• Oversee staffing coordination, onboarding, attendance, and HR records.
• Coach and develop an HR Generalist to ensure effective HR support.
• Partner with site leadership on employee relations, performance, and workforce challenges.
• Oversee employee investigations and disciplinary actions with regional HR leadership.
• Provide guidance on policies, procedures, and performance management to operational leaders.
• Collaborate with Payroll, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, and Operations for consistent support.
