Job summary

DP World, a global logistics leader, seeks an experienced HR Manager to lead HR operations for traveling teams launching new data center start-ups. You will oversee staffing coordination, onboarding, attendance, and HR records while partnering with site leadership.

The role focuses on employee relations, performance management, and policy guidance across locations, with travel to new sites. Candidates should have HR leadership experience in logistics or manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience in HR leadership or management.
• HR experience in logistics, warehousing, or manufacturing environments.
• Knowledge of HRIS systems and workforce analytics.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR support for traveling teams on new data center start-ups.
• Oversee staffing coordination, onboarding, attendance, and HR records.
• Coach and develop an HR Generalist for consistent support.
• Guide leaders on policies, performance, and employee development.
• Manage employee relations, investigations, and disciplinary actions.
• Collaborate with Payroll, Benefits, TA, and Operations for consistent support.
• Monitor workforce planning and transitions between projects and locations.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
• Travel to new sites to provide onsite HR leadership during start-ups.
