DP World is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead HR operations for traveling teams involved in launching new data center locations around the Atlanta area. You will partner with site leadership to design staffing, onboarding, and employee relations programs that scale across multiple projects.

This role combines hands-on HR leadership with strategic workforce planning, performance management, and policy development.

Competenze

Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or related field.
Progressive HR experience including leadership responsibilities.
Experience in warehouse/logistics or operational environments.
Strong knowledge of HR laws and compliance.
Experience coaching leaders on employee matters.
Willingness to travel to multiple sites.

Mansioni

Lead HR operations for traveling teams assigned to new data center start-up projects.
Oversee staffing coordination, onboarding, orientation, attendance processes, and HR records.
Manage, coach, and develop an HR Generalist to ensure consistent and effective HR support.
Partner with site leadership to address employee relations matters, performance concerns, and workforce challenges.
Oversee employee investigations and disciplinary actions in partnership with regional HR leadership.
Provide guidance to operational leaders on company policies, HR procedures, performance management, and employee development.
Collaborate with Payroll, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, and Operations to ensure employees receive consistent support throughout their assignments.
Coordinate workforce planning and employee transitions between projects and locations.
Monitor attendance, staffing needs, and employee relations trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
