Job summary

Curran Recruiting is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to oversee daily HR operations at a manufacturing-like environment in Leesburg, Florida. You will handle employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, payroll support, benefits administration, and compliance while partnering with leadership on performance and development.

You will manage HRIS data, timekeeping, leave administration, and workers' compensation processes, ensuring policy interpretation and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years HR Generalist/Management experience in a high-volume environment.
• Strong experience in employee relations, investigations, and employment law compliance.
• Experience supporting both hourly and salaried employees.
• Knowledge of recruitment, onboarding, HRIS, timekeeping, and HR policies.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle confidential employee matters professionally.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HR tools.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily HR operations and serve as the primary point of contact for employee questions and concerns.
• Handle employee relations matters, including investigations, disciplinary actions, conflict resolution, and policy interpretation.
• Partner with leadership on performance management, employee development, and engagement initiatives.
• Oversee recruitment, interviewing, background checks, onboarding, and new hire documentation.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and HR procedures.
• Coordinate workers' compensation reporting and workplace investigations.
• Support payroll processing, timecard approvals, benefits enrollment, and leave administration.
• Maintain accurate employee records, HRIS updates, and personnel documentation.
• Collaborate with senior HR leadership on organizational development and employee-related matters.
