Job summary

Zurn Elkay Water Solutions Corporation is seeking a Summer 2027 Sales Operations & Analytics Intern for our Milwaukee, WI headquarters. You will analyze sales data, help build dashboards, and support data quality and automation initiatives to drive growth.

Onsite role with opportunities for mentorship, networking, and exposure to cross-functional teams in a fast-growing, values-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Engineering or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• GPA of 3.5 or higher strongly preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis and reporting functions.
• Experience with Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization tools preferred.
• Familiarity with AI technologies, Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Power Automate, or workflow automation tools preferred.
• Able to work 40 hrs per week during the summer
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and audit sales, customer, and market data to identify trends, opportunities, and performance insights.
• Support the development and maintenance of sales dashboards, reports, and performance metrics.
• Assist with data cleansing, validation, and data quality initiatives.
• Utilize AI tools and technologies to automate administrative and analytical processes.
• Identify opportunities to improve sales processes through automation and workflow optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and develop data-driven solutions.
• Create presentations and visualizations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Support special projects focused on digital transformation, sales effectiveness, and operational excellence.
• Document processes, automation solutions, and best practices for future scalability.
