• Argue the ownership-driven option even when the room already loves the safe one.
• Sit between Growth Mindset and Technical Recruiting teams as the person who makes the call.
• Stand up the operating cadence that keeps Nashville, TN teams rowing the same direction.
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts on behalf of McKinsey & Company.
• Keep Nashville expansion on schedule when half the plan changes weekly.
