Qualifications

• 8+ years in HR Operations/People Operations or recruiting
• Hands-on HRIS experience and data integrity
• Experience with onboarding, documentation, and day-to-day employee questions
• Full-cycle recruiting experience and ATS usage

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding, changes, transfers, and offboarding with stakeholders
• Maintain HRIS records and reports; ensure data accuracy
• Support background checks, pre-employment docs, Day 1 readiness
• Respond to employee questions; coordinate with HR, Payroll, Benefits
