Job summary

Hanwha Q CELLS America Inc. is seeking an HR Generalist to support the HRBP team with day-to-day HR activities and transactional work from our San Francisco or Irvine offices. This hands-on role ensures timely processing of HR requests and data integrity across HR systems.

You will collaborate with HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, and HR Operations, supporting workflow improvements and confidential employee data handling in a fast‑paced, global environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Human Resources, HR coordination, or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of HRIS, ATS, and HR workflows; Cleverse/Jobvite experience preferred.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks with high accuracy and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support to the HRBP team and coordinate routine HR activities.
• Process and coordinate job requisitions in Jobvite with required approvals.
• Handle employee movements and org changes in Cleverse; maintain records.
• Assist with HR reporting, data requests, and audits.
• Identify opportunities to improve HR workflows and reduce manual tasks.
• Serve as first point of contact for routine HR questions; escalate when needed.
• Monitor HR requests, action items, and deadlines; communicate status.
• Provide backup tactical support to HRBPs during absences.
