The Crystal Clinic Orthopaedic Center is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to provide professional support to the HR department and staff. This role administers daily personnel programs, maintains HRIS data, handles confidential information, and assists with recruitment, onboarding, and employee recognition initiatives.

Qualifications include an associate or bachelor’s degree in HR or related field and 3–5 years of HR experience, with strong MS Office skills and HRIS familiarity.

Qualificações

• Associates or Bachelors degree in HR or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of demonstrated HR experience preferred.
• Prior Human Resources experience required.
• Proficiency with MS Office; HRIS experience preferred.
• Ability to handle data with confidentiality.

Responsabilidades

• Operates, maintains and troubleshoots HRIS data and employee records.
• Maintains personnel files and data in paper and HRIS to meet employment requirements.
• Enters data into HRIS including new employee info, education, and training.
• Supports recruitment/hiring: sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, reference checks, onboarding.
• Assists employees with HR processes and answers policy questions.
• Redirects calls and distributes correspondence to team members.
• Assists with planning employee recognition events and awards.
