Job summary

Viant Technology in Irvine, CA seeks an HR Coordinator to manage day-to-day HR operations and serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries. You will coordinate onboarding, offboarding, HR systems, compliance, and documentation with a focus on accuracy and service quality.

This role requires 1–3 years in HR support, experience with HRIS/ADP, and strong organizational and communication skills. We offer competitive hourly compensation and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• 1–3 years of HR Coordinator, HR Assistant, or administrative support experience.
• Experience with HRIS/ADP and ability to learn new platforms quickly.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for general HR questions; manage HR inbox and tickets in Jira within 5 days.
• Coordinate end-to-end onboarding, including background checks, I-9/E-Verify, orientation, and new hire docs.
• Coordinate employee offboarding: exit interviews, documentation, final pay, equipment returns, access revocation.
