Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, HR, training, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Serve as onboarding champion for home office and Executive Director hires, complete offer letters and oversee onboarding requirements.
• Oversee and ensure all hires have appropriate and timely clearances per state requirements.
• Prepare and coordinate licensing requirements for Executive Director positions.
• Coordinate criminal background clearances for required positions.
• Support acquisitions including onboarding, paperwork, communications, and events (some travel).
• Train Business Office Directors on Leave of Absence Administration and I-9 management.
• Submit monthly Leave Benefits Plan reports to the administrator.
• Conduct internal HR audits as needed.
• Manage employee programs and communicate with vendors and leadership.
