Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Minimum of three years HR administrative experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain employee digital personnel files and data changes.
• Coordinate background checks, drug screens, and pre-employment physicals.
• Process hires, terminations, and changes in HR systems (HR LINK/SuccessFactors).
• Coordinate onboarding and new employee orientations.
• Respond to benefits and payroll inquiries and route to the right contact.
• Provide back-up payroll support as needed.
• Maintain attendance and work well in a team environment.
