Job summary

Malibu Wellness, Inc. is seeking an HR Coordinator to support daily HR operations in Indianapolis. You will coordinate recruitment, onboarding, benefits, payroll support, and HRIS data management.

Responsibilities include maintaining personnel records, reporting, training documentation, and ensuring compliance with GMP, Safety, and ISO standards while contributing to employee engagement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration preferred.
• Minimum of three (3) years of Human Resources or related experience.
• Strong proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint; Familiarity with ADP HRIS.

Responsibilities

• Post job openings, screen candidates, and coordinate interviews.
• Conduct all background checks and onboarding documentation.
• Maintain HR records and HRIS/payroll data accuracy.
• Support HR communications with leadership on attendance and training.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, Safety, ISO and required training.
• Assist with employee engagement initiatives and policy communications.
