Fourrivers is seeking an Human Resource Specialist to support operations across our Missouri locations. The role focuses on maintaining HR records, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and policy compliance while handling sensitive information professionally.

You will partner with benefits providers, assist with new hire orientation, coordinate events, and back up credentialing activities for clinical staff. Strong communication and attention to detail are essential.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate HR files, records, and documentation.
• Maintain confidentiality of HR records.
• Audit HR files to ensure documents are collected and filed.
• Provide clerical support to the HR Manager.
• Coordinate with external benefits providers and vendors.
• Assist with new hire orientation.
• Assist with benefits enrollment and company-wide meetings.
• Maintain credentialing files for providers and clinical staff at all locations.
• Audit credentialing files to ensure licenses are current.
• Serve as back-up for Credentialing Specialist.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
