Job summary

Dental Care Alliance is seeking an HR Operations & Compliance Supervisor to oversee a broad portfolio of HR programs, compliance, and vendor relationships. The role leads the HR Compliance Coordinator and supports mergers and acquisitions integration, employee communications, and policy governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• 4-7 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in HR Operations, HR Programs, Total Rewards, HRIS, or a related discipline, including supervisory experience.
• Experience coordinating HR projects, programs, or vendor relationships in a multi-site environment preferred; prior M&A or integration support is a plus.
• Proficiency with HRIS platforms, case management tools, and Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR Operations contact for the HR case management system, including administration of workflows, categories, permissions, and enhancements.
• Coordinate HR projects, programs, and vendor relationships across HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, IT, Finance, Legal, Operations, and other stakeholders.
• Monitor case volumes, trends, response times, and service levels, and maintain related reports and metrics.
• Oversee the HR Compliance Coordinator's maintenance of professional licensing and certification records for clinicians and staff.
