Job summary

Dental Care Alliance seeks an HR Operations & Compliance Supervisor to lead HR operations and ensure regulatory compliance across sites. The role reports to the HR leadership and involves coordinating projects and programs, vendor relationships, and process improvements.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 4–7 years of progressive HR experience, including supervisory duties. On-site work in Sarasota, FL with a focus on data accuracy and HRIS integration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• 4–7 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in HR Operations, HR Programs, Total Rewards, HRIS, or a related discipline, including prior supervisory, team lead, or work direction experience.
• Experience coordinating HR projects, programs, or vendor relationships in a multi-site environment preferred; prior M&A or integration support is a plus.
• Proficiency with HRIS platforms, case management tools, and Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams.
