Job summary

U.S. Oral Surgery Management is seeking an HR Generalist to support employee lifecycle activities, handle employee relations, and ensure HR compliance across multiple practices. You will work closely with Practice Leaders and HRBPs to address needs and drive HR initiatives.

The role emphasizes confidential handling of sensitive matters, data integrity in HRIS, and collaboration across benefits, payroll, and leave processes within a healthcare network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of progressive HR experience in generalist/HRBP roles.
• Experience with employee relations, HR compliance, audits, and lifecycle processes.
• Healthcare or multi-site experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary HR resource to Practice Leaders, managers, and employees regarding HR policies, employee relations, performance management, attendance, and other employment matters.
• Conduct employee relations intake and assist with investigations, documentation, corrective action, and resolution of employee concerns.
• Partner with HRBPs on escalated employee relations matters and provide support with HR initiatives.
• Maintain confidentiality, documentation, and follow-through on sensitive employee matters.
• Conduct recurring HR audits to ensure compliance, data accuracy, and adherence to company policies and processes.
• Support onboarding, offboarding, employee lifecycle changes, unemployment claims, verifications of employment, and workers' compensation administration.
• Support the implementation and communication of HR programs, policies, and organizational initiatives.
