Job summary

US Oral Surgery Management seeks an HR Generalist to support employee relations, HR compliance, audits, and staffing across the organization. This role partners with HRBPs and Practice Leaders to ensure accurate employee data and effective HR processes.

You will manage onboarding, offboarding, HR lifecycle activities, and respond to employee matters with confidentiality. Healthcare/ multi-site experience is preferred, with a trusted resource for leaders and employees.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field.
• PHR/SHRM-CP preferred.
• Minimum 3 years HR experience in generalist/HR ops/HRBP support roles.
• Healthcare or multi-site experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary HR resource to Practice Leaders, managers, and employees regarding HR policies, employee relations, performance management, attendance, and other employment matters.
• Conduct employee relations intake and assist with investigations, documentation, corrective action, and resolution of employee concerns.
• Partner with HRBPs on escalated employee relations matters and provide support with trends, leader coaching, and HR initiatives.
• Maintain confidentiality, documentation, and follow-through on sensitive employee matters.
• Conduct recurring HR audits to ensure compliance and data accuracy; coordinate corrective action as needed.
• Support onboarding, offboarding, employee lifecycle changes, unemployment claims, VOEs, and workers' compensation administration.
