Job summary

Pariveda is seeking an HR Operations Compliance Lead to join our Dallas-based Care & Support Operations & Compliance team. You will lead day-to-day HR operations and compliance programs, partnering with Legal, Care & Support leadership, and stakeholders across the firm.

You’ll drive process improvements, interpret evolving requirements, and deliver a smooth, compliant employee experience while coaching HR staff and ensuring timely regulatory filings.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Human Resources or an employee-facing role.
• People-first, service-oriented mindset with ability to build trust across stakeholders.
• Working knowledge of federal, state, local labor laws; translate into policies and programs.
• Strong time management across recurring cycles, deadlines, and multiple projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to communicate risks clearly.
• Experience leading or supporting HR compliance programs and policy reviews.
• Experience with HRIS and Microsoft 365 suite, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day HR operations and compliance activities, with a prioritized backlog.
• Program-manage compliance initiatives with Legal and leadership to implement updates.
• Lead annual compliance programs: training, policy reviews, and regulatory filings.
• Oversee employee-facing agreements to ensure they are current and compliant.
• Own the offboarding program, ensuring compliant terminations and documentation.
• Manage cross-functional HR projects from planning through delivery.
• Improve HR systems and documentation for accuracy and accessibility.
• Provide guidance and coaching to HR Coordinators and project teams.
• Monitor subcontractor testing and quality assurance processes.
• Analyze operational data to identify risks and opportunities for leadership.
