Pariveda is seeking a Financial Operations Manager in Dallas to join the Accounting team. The role focuses on proactive financial reporting, analysis, and guidance to operating groups and business units. You will model revenue visibility, assess risks, and support leaders with data-driven decisions.

The position emphasizes collaboration with Project Accountants, FP&A, and treasury to ensure accuracy and timely reporting in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in FP&A, accounting or a related finance role.
• Strong Excel and financial reporting skills.
• Ability to translate data into actionable guidance for leaders.
• Experience with revenue recognition and margin analysis.

Responsabilités

• Build scenario-planning models for revenue visibility and risk.
• Analyze margin, utilization, cost, and account performance.
• Provide weekly financial decks, forecasts, and read-outs.
• Identify revenue leakage, risks, and contract issues for action.
• Partner with Project Accountants on revenue assurance.
• Support FP&A processes and board-level reporting.
• Advise on contract structures, pricing, and discounts.
• Coach accounting staff on prioritization and delivery.
