• Serve as the primary liaison for the HR department for inquiries from internal employees and external partners.
• Administer risk management/training programs including workers’ compensation, liability, and property insurance.
• Coordinate and administer employee leave (FMLA, STD/LTD, military) and workplace transition processes.
• Coordinate employee engagement, recognition, and outreach activities; plan events and manage vendors.
• Onboard and offboard employees; administer pre-employment screenings and background checks.
• Support employee relations matters, including investigations and performance actions; maintain documentation.
