Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in an HR department or administrative HR support role.
• Strong knowledge of talent acquisition, performance management, benefits, and workforce management.
• Familiarity with employment law and HR compliance, including FMLA and workers' compensation processes.
• Proficiency with MS Office and ability to analyze data and generate reports.
• Experience with HRIS platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors, UltiPro, Oracle HCM, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Support talent acquisition activities using ATS and HR systems such as iCIMS, Taleo, or SAP SuccessFactors.
• Assist onboarding by coordinating orientation sessions and new hire documentation.
• Contribute to performance management by data entry and maintaining evaluation records.
• Help manage benefits enrollment, updates, and inquiries.
• Support employee relations by addressing routine inquiries and maintaining confidential records.
• Participate in HR project management related to organization design and succession planning.
• Assist with employment and labor law compliance including FMLA and workers' compensation policies.
• Support HRIS data management and payroll processing support using UltiPro or Oracle HCM.
• Coordinate training and development by scheduling sessions and tracking participation.
• Maintain HR compliance documentation aligned with regulatory requirements.
