Job summary

indiGO Auto Group's Lamborghini Houston dealership is seeking a full-time Receptionist to greet visitors, answer phones, and coordinate mail and other clerical tasks in a fast-paced luxury environment. You will join a cohesive team with comprehensive insurance plans, paid vacation and holidays, and ongoing professional training, with opportunities for advancement within a growing company.

Qualifications

• Friendly and inviting phone presence
• Extremely organized with dedicated attention to detail
• A clear focus on delivering work of the highest quality
• Willing to submit to a drug test and criminal background check
• Maintain professional appearance and demeanor at all times
• Ability to work weekends and some holidays
• Previous experience working in luxury retail preferred
• Automotive experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Answers telephones and directs callers to the appropriate associate
• Clearly communicates caller and customer inquiries to the appropriate party
• Greets and assists customers
• Coordinates the pick-up and delivery of mail services
• Assists with other related clerical duties to support dealership operations
