The Sr. Manager, HR Operations will serve as a strategic partner to senior leadership while overseeing the day-to-day execution of HR operations across the organization. This individual will lead and develop a small team of HR Managers (direct reports) and several HR Specialists (indirect reports), ensuring the delivery of high-quality HR support and services. They will collaborate closely with business leaders on workforce planning, talent management, employee relations, performance management, succession planning, and organizational development initiatives. The role will be responsible for driving HR strategies that align with business objectives, coaching leaders through complex people-related issues, and fostering a positive, high-performance culture.

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of HR experience
• Strong Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) background
• 5+ year of experience managing leaders (Manager-level employees preferred)
• Proven ability to partner with senior and executive leadership
• Experience leading HR operations and employee relations initiatives
