Job summary

Munich Re America Services (MRAS) is hiring a Human Resources Associate to handle day-to-day employee support and regional HR program administration across benefits, compensation, employee relations, training, staffing, and work-life. The role includes maintaining SuccessFactors and HRIS data for all employees, regardless of status.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred with a minimum of 1-2 years in HR administration.
• Fundamental understanding of HR programs and issues such as benefits plans, EEO, FLSA, and employee relations.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and interpretation of HR policies to employees and managers with confidentiality.
• Maintain HR data for personnel actions and organizational management with high accuracy.
• Assist onboarding of new hires and ensure paperwork is completed accurately and timely.
• Maintain understanding of HR policies, procedures, and programs for staff and management.
• Collaborate with HR partners to respond to employee queries.
• Generate and analyze ad hoc reports for leadership with accurate data.
• Suggest improvements to HR procedures and systems based on data and observations.
• Provide administrative support and contribute to HR projects as needed.
• Build a library of templates, forms, FAQs, and standard email responses.
