Munich Re America Services (MRAS) is a shared services unit supporting Munich Re US P&C Companies. The Workflow Coordinator identifies and distributes high volumes of accounting and claims related correspondence, routing to the correct loss number, department and handler.

Based in Princeton, NJ, the position offers a salary range of $46,000–$63,000 plus a company bonus and benefits including health insurance, wellness program, life and disability insurance, 401(k) match, and paid holidays and

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 2+ years office experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Munich Re systems helpful.
• Strong organization and prioritization skills for high volume intake.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; teamwork.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to automation.

Responsibilities

• Identify and categorize correspondence from clients (e.g., first notice of loss, updates, financials, statements).
• Ensure correspondence is assigned to correct loss number, department and handler.
• Research new losses to avoid duplicates in the reinsurance system.
• Respond to internal and external client requests with guidance.
• May participate in projects as needed.
