Job summary

Jabil, a global engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain solutions company, seeks a Culture & Engagement Associate for our Florence, KY campus. You will help bring the employee experience to life by delivering engagement programs, events, and communications to 4,000+ employees across multiple buildings.

Working with the Engagement & Culture Manager, Site HR, and Operations, you will coordinate activities, gather feedback, track actions, and promote participation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR Communications, Business, or related field preferred.
• At least 2 years in HR, employee engagement, events, or related field.
• Experience in fast-paced or high-volume settings (manufacturing/logistics) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support campus-wide engagement initiatives and events across all buildings.
• Coordinate with Site HR and Operations to deliver engagement activities.
• Gather employee feedback via surveys and roundtables; track actions.
• Coordinate logistics for events: scheduling, materials, on-site support.
• Maintain engagement calendars, participation, and metrics.
• Assist post-survey action planning with data and communications.
• Promote programs; serve as a visible resource for employees.
• Assist with communications, flyers, emails, on-site messaging.
• Support consistency of programs across buildings and shifts.
