Job summary

CorrectHealth, LLC in Georgia is seeking a dedicated HR Operations Coordinator to join our growing team. This full-time, onsite role supports credentialing, onboarding, data processing, and policy interpretation while coordinating with facility managers.

You will manage HRIS records, assist with new hire orientation, maintain compliance, and support finance and facility operations, including travel bookings and vendor accounts. Travel weekly to Lawrenceville and Alpharetta locations is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related discipline.
• Minimum three years of progressive human resources and administrative experience.
• Proficient in MS Office and HRIS experience.

Responsibilities

• Credentialing: manage provider credentialing and maintain compliance docs.
• HR & Legal: assist onboarding, E-Verify, offboarding, policy interpretation.
• Finance & Facility: process facility expenses and reconcile reports.
• Additional Support: assist travel bookings, benefits queries, and HR admin duties.
