Job summary

Hyundai MOBIS North America Electrified Powertrain, LLC (MNAe) is seeking an Assistant/HR Manager to lead day-to-day HR operations in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. You will guide recruiting, payroll, benefits, onboarding, and performance management while ensuring policy compliance and data integrity.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s in HR or related fields with 10+ years in HR management, preferably in manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field required.
• At least ten years of HR management experience in high-volume manufacturing.
• Experience with employee relations, onboarding, benefits, payroll, and compliance.
• PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

• Support HR leadership in day-to-day operations and policy implementation.
• Act as HR resource for employees and managers on policy, attendance, and performance.
• Coordinate recruiting, onboarding, and job postings for hourly and salaried roles.
• Assist with payroll, timekeeping, attendance, and benefits administration.
• Prepare HR reports and workforce metrics to identify trends and improvements.
• Maintain confidential personnel records and ensure data integrity.
